Test mode
The MVP uses Stripe test mode and does not create real charges. Test transactions, receipts, and refunds have no monetary value.
Subscription changes
In live service, cancellations should stop future renewals at the end of the paid period unless law requires otherwise. Access, prorating, credit, downgrade, and failed-payment rules must be finalised before launch.
Project purchases
Pay-per-project scope, acceptance criteria, review rounds, operator work, and refund eligibility must be shown before checkout. AI output alone is not a promise of a business outcome.
Requests
Refund requests should include the workspace, charge, date, and reason without sending passwords, API keys, or sensitive project files. Final timelines, exceptions, consumer rights, and contact details require legal and operational review.
