OperatorHQ policy draft · 15 July 2026

Terms of Service

The draft terms governing access to OperatorHQ and responsibility for reviewed service delivery.

Launch notice: This is an MVP policy draft, not legal advice. Professional legal review and jurisdiction-specific adaptation are required before commercial launch.

Service and eligibility

OperatorHQ provides software for organising AI-assisted and manually completed client-service workflows. Users must have legal capacity, provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and use the service only for lawful professional purposes.

Operator responsibility

OperatorHQ drafts and organises work; it does not replace professional judgment. The workspace operator remains responsible for source verification, client commitments, approvals, communications, legal rights, and the final delivered work.

No guaranteed outcomes

The service does not promise passive income, customers, enrolments, rankings, revenue, performance, or other business results. Demonstration content is not evidence and must not be presented as real research.

Accounts, billing, and suspension

Plan limits and prices are configurable. Paid status is confirmed server-side through the payment provider. We may pause runs that exceed configured limits and suspend abusive accounts. Refund treatment is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Intellectual property and upstream content

Users retain rights in their submitted content subject to the licence needed to operate the service. OperatorHQ code is separately licensed; attributed upstream personas retain their MIT notices. OperatorHQ is independent of the upstream Agency Agents projects.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as configured and may contain errors or interruptions. Final warranty, limitation, governing-law, dispute, termination, and business-entity language must be completed by qualified counsel before launch.
