OperatorHQ policy draft · 15 July 2026

Acceptable Use Policy

Clear boundaries for responsible AI-assisted service delivery.

Launch notice: This is an MVP policy draft, not legal advice. Professional legal review and jurisdiction-specific adaptation are required before commercial launch.

Prohibited abuse

Do not use OperatorHQ for spam, mass unsolicited messaging, credential harvesting, phishing, impersonation, malware, platform abuse, unlawful surveillance, deceptive testimonials, fabricated evidence, doxxing, or unlawful scraping.

Consequential and high-risk work

Legal, medical, healthcare, financial, cybersecurity, safety, and other high-risk outputs require an appropriately qualified human. High-risk imported agents are disabled for automatic external delivery by default.

External actions

Publishing, email sending, external record creation, sensitive-file access, deletion, paid actions, and network-enabled code require explicit approval. Users may not bypass or misrepresent approval controls.

Content rights and truthfulness

Use only content and data you have the right to process. Do not make guaranteed-result claims, invent customer results, imply examination-board affiliation, or deliver demonstration output as verified fact.

Enforcement

We may block a task, preserve an audit record, limit provider access, suspend a workspace, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate or stop abuse, subject to final terms and applicable law.
